For providing maximum facilities to NRI devotees visiting Nanded, Gurudwara Shri Langar Sahib has taken up huge task of construction of ten floor NRI Yatri Niwas. The proposed structure is fascinating and is a graceful piece of architecture. Each floor is having about 11,000 Sq ft of construction. The ground and first floor are having sixteen rooms and there are eighteen rooms each from second to tenth floor. The basement is of about 17,000 sq ft. with huge parking space. The RCC structure is strong enough to withstand about 40 Tons of load i.e. a loaded truck. The rooms will be having marbonite flooring and aluminium windows with granite fixtures.
